Chris Brooks is an Advisor at Convalt Energy focused on capital formation. Chris is a highly experienced international Board-level investment banker, specialising for over three decades in the industrials, aviation and infrastructure sectors. Most recently, the Vice Chair of RBC’s European industrials investment banking business, he previously held global sector franchise leadership roles with both Barclays and Rothschild & Co.
Chris has an extensive track record in originating and leading strategic M&A, ECM and financing transactions across multiple European and international jurisdictions, for a range of corporate, private equity and infrastructure investor clients.
He has advised on over $150bn of corporate transactions in his career. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
