Frank van den Bosch

Frank brings over 25 years of experience in private equity, banking, and corporate finance, with a strong background in fundraising, M&A, business transformation, financial analysis, and applied data science.

Before joining Convalt Energy, Frank was the CFO of Jenzabar, a leading provider of SaaS based solutions to higher education institutions. Prior to that, he co-founded WovenLight, a hybrid investment and technology firm that leveraged data science to create value for portfolio companies and investors. He served as the Managing Partner and CFO, leading the financial and operational aspects of the firm, as well as the development of data-driven solutions.

Prior to WovenLight, Frank was a Partner at Charterhouse Capital Partners from 2005 till 2019, a leading European private equity firm, where he was a member of the Investment Committee and involved in several successful transactions across multiple sectors and geographies. Frank started his career at Goldman Sachs as an investment banker from 2000 till 2005.
