J. Manohar Mummaneni

Manohar serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for Convalt Energy’s operations in India through its Indian subsidiary, Convalt Energy India Private Limited (“Convalt India”). Working closely with the Managing Director, he oversees the administrative functions supporting Convalt India’s development portfolio, including the company’s waste-to-power facility located in the Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh.

Since joining Convalt India in 2015 with a focus on accounting and bookkeeping, Manohar has developed into a key member of the organization’s leadership team. Over the years, he has played an important role in strengthening Convalt’s operations in India and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Convalt India.

Prior to joining Convalt, Manohar held positions within investment and commercial banking organizations, including Sridhar & SivaRam Krishna Associates, where he gained extensive experience in finance, administration, and business operations.

Manohar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Krishna University, graduating with distinction.
