Theo Bache

Theo Bache is focused on Capital Formation at Convalt Energy, across the energy, infrastructure, and renewable sectors. He has experience across both public and private markets, advising on buy and sell-side transactions within natural resources, infrastructure, and energy transition.

Theo began his career at Liontrust Asset Management as an analyst covering large-cap technology equities, before moving into the renewable energy sector. He later became Head of Renewables at a London-listed brokerage, where he advised listed companies and led equity research coverage for renewable energy & infrastructure businesses on the London Stock Exchange.

More recently, Theo has advised on private capital raises for renewable and infrastructure projects across Europe and the United States, alongside originating transactions and advising family offices in London and the GCC.
