Tord E. Corfitz Thott

Tord E. Corfitz Thott serves as Vice President of Global Business Development in the Office of the CEO at ACO Investment Group and Convalt Energy, where he acts as a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO and a key contributor to the company’s global growth initiatives across the energy, infrastructure, and technology sectors.

Since joining ACO in 2013, Tord has held leadership roles spanning business development, renewable energy project execution, research and development, environmental assessments, feasibility analysis, and strategic marketing. His broad operational experience has provided him with deep operational and commercial insight and a comprehensive understanding of ACO’s diversified business platform.

Over the past decade, he has played an instrumental role in advancing utility-scale renewable energy projects throughout the United States and Southeast Asia, including major developments in Myanmar and Laos, contributing directly to the expansion and strategic development of ACO’s portfolio companies.

In addition to his renewable energy expertise, Tord is actively involved in the integration of artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and AI-driven business solutions across ACO’s portfolio including Convalt Energy. His work includes evaluating and implementing AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency, strategic planning, digital infrastructure, and next-generation energy and enterprise platforms.
